What is a Career Coach?

A Career Coach guides you through a transitional process whether you are currently working and considering a job or career change, are unemployed and not sure what to do next, or re-entering the workplace after a period of time off.

A Career Coach helps you view yourself as a salesperson selling your work and life experiences using proven marketing strategies you never considered before.  The objective is not to place you in a job, but rather to empower you with effective tools for you to use in your search.  A good coach also acts as a networking partner to other people and opportunities on your behalf.

Changing Directions is not a recruiter or a job placement service.  We coach you to span the bridge between the needs of you and the employer.
